Ingredients

For the Chicken Döner Topping

• 300 g chicken breast, cut into thin strips

• 1 tbsp yogurt

• 1 tbsp tomato paste

• 2 tbsp oil

• Salt

• Black pepper

• Paprika

• Chili powder

• Hot paprika

• Garlic powder

• Turmeric

• Ground cumin

⸻

For the Pizza Sauce

• 160 g strained tomatoes (passata)

• Salt

• Garlic powder

• Paprika

• Oregano

• Basil

• Pinch of sugar

⸻

For the Yogurt Sauce

• 110 g Greek yogurt

• 2 tbsp mayonnaise

• 1 tbsp water

• Salt

• Black pepper

• Garlic powder

• Oregano

• Dried mint

⸻

Additional

• 250 g shredded mozzarella

• 1 XXL ready-made pizza dough

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine yogurt, tomato paste, oil, and all spices. Add the chicken strips and mix well until fully coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (longer for deeper flavor).Cook the chicken in a hot pan until fully cooked and slightly caramelized. Set aside.

Prepare the Pizza Sauce

Mix passata with salt, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, basil, and a pinch of sugar. Stir until combined.

Assemble the Pizza

Preheat oven to 220°C (top & bottom heat).

If possible, place a pizza stone in the oven while preheating. Preheating the stone helps create a crispier bottom crust and more even baking. Pizza stones are inexpensive (usually around 5–15€) and make a big difference in texture.

Roll out the XXL pizza dough onto baking paper. Spread the seasoned tomato sauce evenly over the base. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella over the sauce. Distribute the cooked chicken evenly on top.

Finish with the remaining mozzarella over the chicken. Carefully transfer the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone (or bake on a tray if you don’t have one). Bake for about 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Prepare the Yogurt Sauce

Mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, water, and spices until smooth and creamy.

Finish

Once the pizza is out of the oven, drizzle generously with the yogurt sauce.

Slice and serve immediately.
