1. Geltungsbereich

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) gelten für alle Inhalte, Produkte und Dienstleistungen, die über die Website www.delicate-kitchen.com

2. Vertragsgegenstand

Die Website dient primär der Bereitstellung von Blogartikeln und Rezepten. Zudem werden digitale Produkte (E-Books) zum Kauf angeboten.
Nach erfolgreicher Zahlung wird der Käufer auf eine externe Download-Seite weitergeleitet, auf der die Datei heruntergeladen werden kann.

Alle Preise sind in Euro (€) angegeben und verstehen sich als Endpreise (gemäß § 19 UStG ohne Ausweis der Mehrwertsteuer).

3. Vertragsschluss

Der Kauf eines digitalen Produkts erfolgt über die Auswahl des Produkts im Onlineshop und die anschließende Zahlung über Stripe oder PayPal.
Mit Abschluss des Zahlungsvorgangs kommt der Vertrag zwischen der Käuferin/dem Käufer und Diamantoula Viarou zustande.

4. Lieferung digitaler Inhalte

Die Lieferung erfolgt ausschließlich digital. Nach Abschluss der Zahlung wird der Käufer automatisch auf eine Seite weitergeleitet, auf der das gekaufte Produkt heruntergeladen werden kann.
Es erfolgt kein Versand physischer Waren.

5. Widerrufsrecht

Da es sich um digitale Inhalte handelt, die nach Vertragsschluss unmittelbar bereitgestellt werden, erlischt das Widerrufsrecht gemäß § 356 Abs. 5 BGB, sobald der Download beginnt.
Der Käufer erklärt beim Kauf ausdrücklich sein Einverständnis mit dem vorzeitigen Erlöschen des Widerrufsrechts.

6. Preise und Zahlungsarten

Alle Preise sind Endpreise in Euro.
Die Bezahlung ist über folgende Zahlungsmethoden möglich:

Stripe (Kreditkarte, SEPA, etc.)
PayPal

7. Affiliate-Links und Werbung

Auf der Website können Affiliate-Links und Werbeanzeigen eingebunden sein.
Wenn Nutzer über einen solchen Link einkaufen, kann Delicate Kitchen eine Provision erhalten. Der Preis für den Käufer ändert sich dadurch nicht.

8. Haftungsausschluss für Inhalte

Once payment is completed, a binding contract is established between the buyer and Diamantoula Viarou.

4. Delivery of Digital Content

Delivery is made exclusively in digital form.
After payment, the buyer will be redirected to a page where the purchased product can be downloaded.
No physical products will be shipped.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Since digital content is provided immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal expires in accordance with § 356 (5) BGB once the download process begins.
By purchasing, the customer expressly agrees to the immediate provision of the digital content and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.

All prices are final prices in euros (€).

7. Affiliate Links and Advertising
