Pro Tips for Perfect Brownie
Do Not Overbake – slightly underbaked brownies stay fudgy.
Let Them Cool – cutting too early makes them fall apart.
Add M&M’s After Baking – keeps the colors bright and prevents cracking.
Use Good Quality Chocolate – this makes a big flavor difference.
Mix Gently – overmixing creates cakey brownies instead of fudgy ones.

Ingredients
• 200 g 55% cocoa chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
• 100 g unsalted butter
• 60 g white sugar
• 65 g brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 60 g flour
• 30 g unsweetened cocoa powder
• Optional: extra chocolate chips
• Red M&M’s (and pink if available)

Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F), top and bottom heat. Line or grease your baking pan.
Melt Butter & Chocolate
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter together with the chocolate. Stir until smooth and fully combined. Let the mixture cool slightly.
Mix the Wet Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the white sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until slightly lightened and smooth. Add vanilla extract and salt, then mix again briefly.
Combine
Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture while stirring gently. Sift in the flour and cocoa powder. Fold everything together just until combined, do not overmix. If using, fold in extra chocolate.
Bake
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for about 25–30 minutes. A toothpick should come out with moist crumbs (not raw batter).
Decorate
While the brownies are still warm, gently press the red and pink M&M’s on top. The warmth helps them stick without melting too much.
Let cool before slicing for clean edges.
