Pro Tips for Perfect Big Mac Sliders
Make the Patties Thin: small, thin patties cook faster and stay juicy, just like the original Big Mac style.
Toast the Buns Lightly: a quick toast helps prevent soggy sliders once the sauce is added.
Assemble Right Before Serving: sliders taste best warm and fresh; assembling too early can soften the buns.
Shred the Lettuce Finely: thin iceberg strips give that classic fast-food texture and distribute evenly.

Ingredients
For the Beef Patties
• 470 g ground beef
• Salt & pepper (to season while frying)
Toppings
• Iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
• Pickles, sliced
Cheese
• Melting cheese (American-style):
½ slice per patty → 6 slices total (for 12 patties)
Big Mac–Style Sauce
• 4 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tsp rice vinegar
• About 5 tbsp pickle juice
• Salt & pepper
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp mustard
Buns
• 6 top buns
• 12 bottom buns
(Big Mac style: each slider uses a middle bun layer)

For Big Mac–Style Assembly
• 6 top buns
• 12 bottom buns (each slider uses a middle layer)

Instructions
Make the Sauce
Mix mayonnaise, rice vinegar, pickle juice, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth. Chill until ready to use.
Cook the Patties
Divide the beef into 12 small patties (2 per slider). Season lightly with salt and pepper. Fry in a hot pan until nicely browned. When flipping, place ½ slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt.
Assemble the Sliders
Bottom bun → sauce → patty → pickles + lettuce → middle bun → sauce → second patty → pickles + lettuce → top bun.
Serve immediately while warm.
