• 6 large tortillas or 12 small tortillas

• 200 g grated Emmental cheese (or mozzarella)

• 5 tbsp Greek yogurt

• 1 tsp BBQ sauce (1 tbsp if you want it smokier)

• 1 tsp honey

• Salt & pepper to taste

• 1 tsp dried parsley

• 20 ml water (to thin)

Instructions

Cook the Beef
