Kitchen Tools I Recommend
If you’re planning to make this often (trust me, you will), here are some tools that can help you:

What You Need:
Ingredients (Serves 6)
- 250g chicken breast (cut in half horizontally to create two thinner pieces)
- 250g pasta of your choice
- 200ml heavy cream (10% fat)
- 50ml pasta water (plus a normal water if needed)
- 1 medium sized onion, finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 60g sun-dried tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 30–40g grated Parmesan cheese
- 10g butter (for searing the chicken)
- 15g butter (for the sauce)
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
- A little flour for dusting the chicken
Preparation – How to Make Fluffy Burger Buns
1. Season and Sear the Chicken (5 minutes)
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Lightly dust with flour on both sides.
- Melt 10g butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Sear the chicken for about 1–2 minutes per side until golden but still a little raw inside.
- Cover tightly (e.g., with a cutting board and a bowl on top) and set aside to continue cooking gently.
2. Cook the Pasta
- Cook the pasta in salted water al dente.
- Save a bit of the pasta water before draining.
3. Make the Sauce
- In the same pan, melt 15g butter.
- Sauté the onion, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes until translucent.
- Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the heavy cream and water, season again, and stir in the Parmesan.
4. Proof
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, toss to coat, and adjust the texture with a splash of pasta water if needed.
Slice the seared chicken into strips and place them on top of the pasta.
Let everything warm through for 1–2 minutes before serving.

Tips & Variations
Spicy Kick:
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicier sauce.
More greens:
- Stir in fresh spinach just before serving.
Cheesier:
- Add more Parmesan or even a little mozzarella for extra richness!
